The product

Our wild thistles are harvested in Sardinia and are prepared following the ancient local recipe. Because of their strong taste you can enjoy them as an appetizer but they can also be used to enhance roast meat.

  • Ingredients:

    Wild thistles 62%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, dried tomato, garlic, wine vinegar, salt, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid.

  • Jar:180 g
