Tasty aubergines

The product

Our aubergines, cut into slices, are preserved in oil with oregano and chili pepper that give them a tasty and unique flavour. They are excellent with meat dishes and cheeses. You can also serve them as an appetizer or as a side dish.

    aubergines* 66%, sunflower oil* 33%, dried  thyme*, dried chili pepper*, dried oregano*, brown sugar*, wine vinegar*, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
