Aubergines in sunflower oil

The product

Our aubergines, cut into slices, are preserved in oil with oregano and chili pepper that give them a tasty and unique flavour. They are excellent with meat dishes and cheeses. You can also serve them as an appetizer or as a side dish.
      

  • Ingredients:

    aubergines 70%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, sugar, acidity regulator: lactic acid.

  • Jar:1.5 kg
